Below is an unaltered Image of the Venue at the Holocaust and Human Rights Museum. During the showcase the movie theater screen shown will be covered by BLACK Curtains and a smaller screen will descend from the ceiling.
There is LED lighting on the black curtain, you'll be able to choose your color (in advance).
What's the difference?
If you have access to video editor or edit video yourself, the "RAW VIDEO package" ($697) might before you. Within a week after the event, you'll receive the raw files of all 3 Camera angles and the Audio files.
If video editing is not your thing- Choose the "Video Edited" option for $897. You'll receive 1 beautifully put together file ready to post on your youtube, website, or social media. And you'll also receive the raw files (3 video angles and audio).
Frequently asked questions:
What microphone can I use? You'll have your choice of Lavalier and Handheld wireless microphones.
What does the stage/background look like? The stage is a black curtain with your choice of LED colors, but is DARK. Please wear lighter solid colors for contrast.
How is the stage set up? The stage is set up like a theatre, up higher than the audience with theatre seating (no aisle). For video purposes please plan on staying on the stage the entire time.
Can I have slides? YES! It is preferred that the slides be sent ahead to be consolidated into 1 deck. We'll have more information on this after our meeting with the AV Team on February 21st.
Will there be a rehearsal? Yes- please arrive on Sunday February 26th at 1:30pm to do a debrief. We'll also have a ZOOM conference the week before.
Can you invite friends, family and/or meeting planners to attend? YES- they MUST register to be on the list to attend to receive free admission and free parking (the chapter is paying for these). Friends and family must attend the ENTIRE 2 hour block you are presenting in.

As this event WILL sell out- NSA-NT will also be producing a 2nd event in June (tentatively June 4th) and this form also serves as the sign up sheet to hold a spot for the June event.
