As speakers we need video for meeting professionals to see what we could do on THEIR stage.  Video is one of the most important business assets we can have.  And yet- it can be hard to procure a high quality multi-camera video of your presentation.

you'll receive a final 10 minute edited file from your 3 angles and you'll receive the unedited video files from your 10 minute presentation (3 angles, 3 files) and the audio file for your use.

FAQ's  answered

You'll have your choice of Lavalier and Handheld wireless microphones

The stage is a black curtain with your choice of LED colors, but is DARK.  Please wear lighter solid colors for contrast

The stage is a STAGE up higher than the audience with theatre seating (no aisle).  For video purposes please plan on staying on the stage the entire time

Can I have slides?  YES!  It is preferred that the slides be sent ahead to be consolidated into 1 deck.  We'll have more information on this after our meeting on February 21st.

Will there be a rehearsal? Yes- please arrive on Sunday February 26th at 1:30pm to do a debrief.  We'll also have a ZOOM conference the week before. 

Can you invite friends, family and/or meeting planners to attend?  YES-  they MUST register to be on the list to attend to receive free admission and free parking (the chapter is paying for these). Look for a separate email to be sent with the invite page and link.
