Full Details:

NSA North Texas is hosting a professional Speaker Video Day at the Eisemann Center for Performing Arts, Bank of America Theatre, in Richardson, TX. This is a premier theater venue with a true stage environment and professional lighting, giving you footage that looks like a real conference keynote rather than a hotel conference room recording.

Each participating speaker will receive dedicated stage time with a three-camera professional video setup.

Important: This is a staged recording environment. There will not be a live audience.

The Setup: Three cameras will record your presentation.

• Camera 1 – Stationary wide shot capturing your full body on stage
• Camera 2 – Operator camera capturing medium framing and movement on stage
• Camera 3 – Operator camera capturing tighter shots 

This combination allows for a polished final video that feels dynamic and professional.

Packages

Raw Footage Package: $749

Includes:

• Your full 10 minutes of recorded stage time (less if you decide to change outfits, start/stop, etc.)
• Footage from all three cameras
• Delivered as raw video files for your own editing

This option is ideal if you already have a video editor or prefer to control the final cut yourself.

Edited Video Package: $999

Includes:

• All raw footage from the three cameras
• A professionally edited video combining footage from all three cameras into no more t han two presentation clips, depending on how you use your time
• B-roll and graphics are not included

This option gives you a finished, ready-to-use video suitable for your website, on YouTube, etc

Timing (Please Read Carefully)

• Each speaker will be assigned a 15-minute total time slot.
• Your recorded presentation time is limited to 10 minutes total. 
• The remaining time is used for:
• Getting mic’d
• Mic and camera checks
• Walking on stage and preparing to begin
• Any wardrobe adjustments you wish to make
• Once recording begins, the timer will run continuously. The clock will not stop for restarts, wardrobe changes, or adjustments.
• Please plan your content carefully so your message fits within the 10-minute recording window.

Arrival Requirement

Speakers must arrive and check in at least 30 minutes before their assigned time slot to allow for staging, preparation, and smooth event flow.

Scheduling

The video shoot will take place the afternoon of Tuesday, April 28 at the Eisemann Center in Richardson, TX. Recording will begin around 12:15 - 12:30 pm and conclude by 4:15 pm.

Speakers will be assigned time slots by the planning committee. When registering, you may indicate a preference for earlier or later in the afternoon, but final scheduling decisions will be made by the committee. Assigned times are nonnegotiable.

Additional Details

• Dressing areas and/or restrooms will be available on site
• No audience will be present
• No refreshments or snacks will be provided
• Speakers should plan to arrive early and be ready for their assigned time
• A virtual planning call will be held no less than 10 business days prior April 28 to ensure speakers have all necessary information

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another speaker. Any financial arrangements must be handled directly between participants.
