Description:

Most speakers start out focused on speech income — without a clear plan for building a business beyond the stage. Not just to earn more, but to create more choice in how they work, when they work, and how they grow.

This session introduces The Speaker’s Revenue Ladder™, a practical framework for turning your expertise into 15+ various follow-on revenue streams — from high-touch coaching and workshops to scalable products, partnerships, and licensing models.

Attendees will learn from Brett Hoogeveen, CSP and Million Dollar Speakers Group member, who has tried (and succeeded — and failed) at most of these approaches over his 15 years in the business.

They’ll also learn how to identify where they are today, where they want to go, and how to expand into more scalable, sustainable income streams — building a business that grows while giving them more control over their time, energy, and opportunities.
