  • Unless at a designated Vendor Member marketing table or other Board approved event, the vendor is NOT allowed to initiate sales conversations with other members. It is only permitted for non-vendor members to initiate sales/purchase discussions.
  • This Vendor Membership is NOT designed as permission to conduct hard selling. It is for access to build relationships with other Chapter members.
  • Limited Liability and Ethical Conduct Disclaimers:
    • (1) Vendor Membership in NSA-NT does NOT include permission to use general membership information, directories, social media contacts, or events as a platform for unsolicited selling, marketing, or recruiting efforts.
    • (2) Any attempt to solicit members in anyway without prior, express invitation from said member is strictly prohibited.
    • (3) Vendor Membership status does NOT imply or constitute an endorsement, approval, or recommendation by NSA-NT (the Chapter or the Board) of any individual, company, product, or service.
    • (4) Each Vendor Member is solely responsible for the quality, accuracy, and ethical standards of their professional conduct and business practices. Each Chapter Member is responsible for vetting Vendor Members to the extend they are responsible for making decisions to freely engage in purchasing from said vendor.
    • Violations of these sales and marketing standards—including unauthorized solicitation—are considered ethics violations and may result in immediate suspension and/or termination of Vendor Membership or general membership without refund of dues or fees.
  • Like all members: Vendor Members are responsible/accountable to uphold NSA-NT Member Code of Conduct.
  • This purchase is non-refundable.

2026-2027 Vendor Member Upgrade

Vendor Membership is open to vendors who support the speaking industry, including, but not limited to, photographers, videographers, software/hardware suppliers, business support services (website designers, virtual assistants, lawyers, bookkeepers), personal care professionals (branding, style, makeup, hair, clothes), event venues, planners, etc.

  • Like all members: Vendor Members are responsible/accountable to uphold NSA-NT Member Code of Conduct.
  • Annual Vendor Membership Cost: $180 membership upgrade charge in addition to current annual dues.

Vendor Membership Includes:

  • Name tag identifying as “Vendor Member.”
  • Website – Directory listing on “Vendor Page”
  • Table at monthly Chapter meetings for collateral material display. (Vendor Member provides printed material and is responsible for assuring materials are available for display on an ongoing basis.)

NOTE: This is an add-on to a regular membership. It cannot be purchased as a stand-alone offer. 

Those who purchase this offer without first purchasing a virtual or face-to-face membership will be refunded and rejected.
