How to Build a Career that Lasts for Decades

That title is sort of boring, isn’t it? There are no promises of immediate stardom, big stages, international media, or legions of followers. So why bother to attend?

This business shares similarities with every business. Decades-long success requires thinking, strategies, and execution that are routine to the point of … almost … boredom.

Randy Pennington has spent over three decades helping organizations and entire communities flourish in the face of uncertainty and change. Along the way, he’s been named one of the Top 30 global voices on corporate culture for nine consecutive years; authored three award-winning books, appeared in major print, radio, and television media; and been inducted into the Speakers Hall of Fame. This session is a master class on building a business that lasts.

 You will learn:

  1. The three major pitfalls that prevent people from having a sustainable career in this industry.
  2. Six things your business must have to sustain itself and flourish for decades.
  3. The framework for planning and focus that will take your career and business to your new next.
