The Six Building Blocks of a Six-Figure Business
What are the keys to building a sustainable and profitable six-figure business and beyond?
Allison Shapira, CSP will share hard-earned strategies from when she quit her "safe" job and moved to a new city to start her speaking business, and how she has successfully navigated it through the COVID-19 pandemic.
You will practice applying each strategy to your own speaking or coaching business and leave the session with clear, actionable steps you can take to grow your revenue and your impact.
Allison Shapira, CSP, MPA
Allison Shapira, CSP, MPA, is a former opera singer turned speaker and entrepreneur. She is the Founder and CEO of Global Public Speaking, a communication training firm and woman-owned small business. She and her team work with Fortune 50 companies from Bank of America to Procter & Gamble.
She teaches a graduate-level public speaking course at the Harvard Kennedy School, has a master’s degree in public administration from the Harvard Kennedy School, and is the author of Speak with Impact: How to Command the Room and Influence Others , which was published by HarperCollins Leadership and was a Washington Post best-seller.
She was a finalist for Woman Business Owner of the Year by the National Association of Women Business Owners. She is a member of the NSA DC Chapter and the Million Dollar Speakers Group.
